5 Easy As Hell Ways To Include Self-Care During Your Work Week

I know we are all busy and sometimes it can seem tough to include self-care in your everyday routine but it doesn’t have to be. I think the reason it seems tough is because we think of self care as something we have to put 2-3 hours away during our days to do, and this is not the case.

Self-care is taking care of yourself, literally.

Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.

 Below I have 5 easy as hell ways  you can include self-care into your work week.

 They work for me and I hope they work for you too.

1.Download the Audible app

 Yes I am telling you to download an app on your phone because, audible my friend is so amazing. If your an on the go girl like me, audible is invaluable.Audible is for listening to audio books. You want to listen to it while you are driving to and from work or just running errands. This will keep your mind sharp.I suggest these 3 audio books below to download:

2. Have Something Green During The Day

   This can range from a fresh pressed green juice, a green smoothie or even a big ol' salad. It’s important to consume greens everyday because they nourish your body. If you are not a vegetable person, I suggest the smoothie or the juice, although the smoothie will probably taste better.

3. Shake/ Whine That Ass In The Shower

I know you have that turn up song you love or that Caribbean song that gets you whining. Before hopping in the shower, put this song on repeat and while you are cleaning yourself, bust out with that fast whine or that ass shake lol.  This may seem like an out of the ordinary self care tip but I think this one is a must. Orgasms release oxycontin in you brain which helps boost your mood positively. Orgasms release stress and they have been said to boost the immune system. So the next time you think you don’t have time for self-care, remember this list.
